AliKalhor, thank for the information.
Your video will definitely help to address this matter; however, for debugging purposes we need the information requested on this link IMPORTANT - Required information for reporting Graphics issues. The reason why I am requesting this information is because you already tried the driver that addressed some issues with FIFA 17, but you still have an issue, so is very important forus to get all the information in regard to your case and start investigating.
I will provide all the information you need but before that I want to ask a question. Why you think that the problem is only for me? It's a widespread problem for a wide range of users and related to Intel Driver not my PC!

We are aware that the are some issues with this game and the Intel® HD Graphics; however, most of them can be addressed with the Beta driver. We will take all your information into consideration for the review.
We have just released a new driver version which is .4542, while we are still reviewing your case I am going to need from you to test this driver; so please give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Please try the following suggestions;
- Clear Origin cache files, see here on how to do it; How do I clean the Origin cache files? - Answer HQ
- Test by using Compatibility mode. For this, go to FIFA 17 exe and right click on it, go to properties. Following that, click Compatibility tab, check the option “Compatibility Mode” and select Win7.
- Re-install the game if issue persists.
Let me know how it goes.
