Your video will definitely help to address this matter; however, for debugging purposes we need the information requested on this link Default level information for reporting Graphics issues. The reason why I am requesting this information is because you already tried the driver that addressed some issues with FIFA 17, but you still have an issue, so is very important forus to get all the information in regard to your case and start investigating.
I will provide all the information you need but before that I want to ask a question. Why you think that the problem is only for me? It's a widespread problem for a wide range of users and related to Intel Driver not my PC!

How to repro
Please provide steps to replicate the issue. These steps are very crucial to finding the root cause and fix.

All of the problem are solved except the problem of loading the game.
Still when I want to start the game My PC hangs and loading process takes a lot of time.
This beta driver is a huge improvement but there is one more thing to solve.

Please try the following suggestions;
- Clear Origin cache files, see here on how to do it; How do I clean the Origin cache files? - Answer HQ
- Test by using Compatibility mode. For this, go to FIFA 17 exe and right click on it, go to properties. Following that, click Compatibility tab, check the option “Compatibility Mode” and select Win7.
- Re-install the game if issue persists.
