Hi!,
I'm an Intel HD 4000 core i7 user and I was wondering if there'd be any new drivers for my device as the last driver was on the month of may and its been quite a long time since the HD4000 got any driver support. I believe its still not the EOL for the HD 4000. Will there be any drivers and if so, any ETA?
Thanks,
Hary

I would really appreciate a response regarding my query. @kevin_intel @Ronald_intel Because I need to know whether my product is still supportive of receiving drivers or its in the EOL.
Thanks,
Hary

I thank you everyone of your help. The only issue was with HP graphic driver and Minecraft software. I think it was Alberto or other person, who suggested to try driver 10.18.10.4276. Well, if you except WEI as a performance index, graphics increased by 2%. I Thank You, Friend of Intel Community, I'm grateful. Thump up and kudos for all.

Indeed. I'm hoping we, as users of the HD4000 series will get any sort of heads-up as soon as possible because I really don't think its in the EOL as this series supports WIN10 as well(as I've seen the support list of WIN10) so they should supply us with Drivers. And I really do hope that HD 4000 gets its new driver in the near future.

Thank you for your feedback on this matter.
I would like to know if you are experiencing issues with the latest graphics drivers version 4425.
Is there any reason why you are requesting new drivers for your Intel® HD graphics 4000?
Do you have a list of issues you think we need to fix?
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Allan.

Hello. Thanks for taking my query into account.
I was hoping that since my product, Intel HD 4000 is not in the brink of an EOL, I was hoping that, new drivers could've been released to play games such as fifa17 etc as its been more than 5 months since the last driver for my product. I would like to know if the driver support for my product has ended or is still supported. I
Thanks,
Hary

I understand your inquiry would be new driver releases for Intel® HD graphics 4000 but I would like to know if you are getting error messages when playing games, screenshots of the error.
I sent your request to the appropriate team but they need additional data, more detailed information about this matter.
Please use the following form to get more information about this issue.

If this is helpful, I would say that the control panel has no issues except for sometimes the power management mode switches from maximum performance to balanced the moment I disable "Display Power saving technology" and Apply the settings.
And sometimes there's FPS drops in games when I change the performance mode to Maximum Performance(For Plugged in) and when I switch it to Balanced its not there any more.
As for "serious" level issues, I wouldn't have much to share but I do believe that the latest games like Battlefield 1 and FIFA 17 are having some issues as stated by a gentleman in this Thread Also to add Dishonoured 2 is facing some FPS issues as well.
I would like to have my product up-to-date and have my games optimised by the driver you provide so that it would have no issues in running latest games also as a matter of fact that it has been a while since any updates for the HD 4000.
I would like to know when I can expect an updated driver for my Product.
Thanks again,
Hary
