HDD 10Tb not recognized in server SR2612UR

I have server SR2612UR with 12 SAS/SATA slots. 12 hdd slots connected to RAID RS25AB080 using active midplane (SAS Active Midplane Brd TCA-00277-01-C)

I insert HDD HUH721010AL5204 (10Tb) and it not recognized. Other HDD's work well.

Where is the problem?

Hello,

 

 

To answer your question, if different drives are working on the RAID controller without any problems; we can determine there is a compatibility issue with the 10 TB drive. By the time that this board was released, the drives validated for it were 3 TB maximum size. The validated hardware for the board can be found here for your convenience:
