You can also run Windows update and install all the necessary updates for your system
The Watchdog Timer is present on all Intel chipsets drivers; the Watchdog Timer can be enabled or disable in the motherboard BIOS depending of your system manufacturer. You can check in your BIOS or contact you motherboard manufacturer to check the BIOS and see if it is enabled there.
Once you try the above, go ahead and reinstall the Intel® XTU
