I saw that thread, but like I said above, that only lasts until a reboot and then clloader comes back.
I think something else is checking to see if clloader has been stopped, and restarting it.

Have you tried removing the clloader package? In case you haven't I suggest you to do so, you can remove it with the command opkg remove clloader.
Let me know if that helps.
systemctl disable clloader.service
systemctl stop clloader.service
systemctl disable sketch_reset.service
systemctl stop sketch_reset.service
