Well, you still need to provide your motherboard model number, or your system model number.
However, with just your CPU and Windows version, Windows 10 is not supported on this processor:
Al where I can find the mother board number? let me tell you my computer is a DELL XPS 17" (L702x) i bought it with Windows 7 then upgraded for free but then many months after my laptop crash because of a virus then I did a reset after the reset my USBs don't work and i can install this chipset. i do not know what to do I need my usbs working.
This is the Dell support page for your laptop: http://www.dell.com/support/home/au/en/aubsdt1/product-support/product/xps-l702x/drivers/advanced
It has this notice:
"Product not tested for Windows 10 upgrade
Dell is not testing or developing Windows 10 drivers for this product. If you choose to upgrade, some features, applications, and connected devices may not work as expected.
