Well, you still need to provide your motherboard model number, or your system model number.
However, with just your CPU and Windows version, Windows 10 is not supported on this processor:
Al where I can find the mother board number? let me tell you my computer is a DELL XPS 17" (L702x) i bought it with Windows 7 then upgraded for free but then many months after my laptop crash because of a virus then I did a reset after the reset my USBs don't work and i can install this chipset. i do not know what to do I need my usbs working.

Please bear in mind that the support for Windows® 10 is available from 3rd generation processor and higher.
