Температура i3 6100 в нагрузке 65 градусов на ядро и 45 градусов на сам ЦП, в спецификации Tcase 65 градусов, подскажите процессор работает с нормальной температурой или критической?

As you mentioned above, the processor, depending on the load of work could reach 65°C or higher and that is expected, the fact that the processor is reaching 65°C or 45°C is normal, the problem is if it gets to 90°C or 95°C degrees, then in that case it is overheating, and when that happens the PC will start to throttle, it will get freeze and at some point it will go off by itself.
If the PC does not show any of those problems that means the processor is working fine, however, we do have a tool to test it, it does and overall test including a temperature test, if the processor passed the test it means it is working properly, on the following link you will be able to get the option to install that tool, second option to the left:
