My 6800K died on me a couple days ago and I used the online chat to start an RMA. They gave me a number and said I would receive an email with the details. It was over 24 hours so I messaged them again and found out I had @gmail.coom instead of @gmail.com. I corrected the error and the agent said I should get an email at the new address in 30 minutes. It has been over 2 days and I asked them again and they said they would put a notice on my account for someone to look at. Now it has been over a day and still nothing. I really need the CPU within a certain number of days so the faster the better. Should I have gotten the email instantly? I have an RMA number but my account doesn't say I have one pending or open.
