i7 3770 still good for video editing

So I have an i7 3770 (non K) and i want to know if it is still good for video editing at 1080 to 4k resolutions. I plan to do a bunch of video editing using Priemire Pro and After Effects. I know my gpu is bad (GTX 630) and am planning on upgrading it, but i want to know. And if my cpu isn't fit for the job would you recommend a cpu that will work and isn't too expensive.

Hello Madusha,

 

 

 

In this case, the Intel® Core™ i7-3770 Processor does not support 4K, so basically you will not be able to do video editing at 4k resolution.

 

 

I can recommend the 6th generation processor; with this one, you can run 1080 to 4k resolutions, you can see more details at:
