As you posted this in the NUC section, we'll go from the NUC point of view.
Each driver we get and post we get from a different place in Intel, eg, LAN, WIFI, Chipset, etc. Unfortunately each group does their own thing and some provide the read me and release notes, and some do not. I will certainly ask, but I cannot guarantee any results.
