Try uninstalling the Intel® graphics driver, please see how to Uninstall the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel® Display HDMI/Audio Driver, and then go ahead and reinstall the graphics driver, make sure you have Windows up to date as well.
Once you have the driver uninstalled, restart your system and then install the Intel driver manually, please see How to Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 & Windows 8* or Windows 8.1*
