i7-5820k, no post and no video on boot

I have an issue with my processor i7-5820k which seems to be dead. I have tried to submit a warranty request several times over the last week and every time I just get this error.

"System Unavailable Intel Customer Support Service Request Management is unavailable. We are actively working to resolve the system issue."
