Hi,
I have a computer that has been freezing randomly. The user said he had bsod with a kernel error, while I was testing it I just saw it freezing, even when it is not under heavy use.
I run OCCT CPU and CPU Linpack tests and they both failed after 30seconds. I run the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and it failed as well. All the coolers seem to be working correctly. Could you please help me find what the problem is? Below are the complete results from the Intel test.
Thank you very much.

There was an issue reported a while back about overheating with this type of processor model. The problem was fixed with BIOS update or even changing some settings at bios level.
Please take a look at the following post:
If the problem remains, you can call our support center and check warranty options for your processor.
