    I would like to know how I can use my Intel processor warranty?

      hello,

      I have an Intel 5960x processor and I have been having problems with it recently,when I normally work with my PC it keeps showing blue screen (blue page).

      I first reinstalled my windows and the problem didn't fix.Then i bought a new motherboard and my PC is still having problems.

      I checked the CPU when I was rendering on 3Ds Max and it keeps crashing and showing blue page.

      I would like to know how I can use my Intel processor warranty?

      I have been trying to submit an warranty request but it keeps showing "Intel Customer Support Service Request Management is unavailable. We are actively working to resolve the system issue." for 2 weeks.

      Is there any place I can go to, to get warranty services?

      I am living in Canada , Toronto
