Good evening.... Does anyone in here use Photoshop/Lightroom/Nik, etc..? I'm having trouble using the interface with my plugins and someone mentioned it might be the graphics card. I purchased my laptop in April, Windows 10 SSD. Thanks

I would like to gather some information in regard to your system in order to address this issue, so please provide me with the following report https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility Download Intel® System Support Utility. Once done attach the report, to attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" in the top right corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear in the bottom right corner of the response box. One more question, what is the Photoshop product and the plugin that you are using?

- Update the driver for NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M, see here for the file http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/107566 Drivers | GeForce.
- Update the Intel® HD Graphics 530 driver, see here for the download https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26228/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40- Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.40]
