Mobile Intel (R) 945 Express , 1440x900 settings

Hi, i use Asus W6F laptop which uses Mobile Intel (R) 945 Express

Resently bought the monitor LG L196WTQ which requeres the resolution 1440 x 900

Have instaled Intel driver, but still do not have 1440x900 option available

i also have this problem. please help. i already installed the "fix" but 1440x900 is still missing

I too have installed the fix and made sure my drivers were updated, but haven't gotten it to work. HELP!
