                Hello ROBLOX_TheGamer:

Thank you very much for providing that information.

I just wanted to check if there is a problem with the laptop?

Because if the laptop is working fine, there is no need to install any graphics driver, the Intel® Driver Update Utility, was design basically for Intel® motherboards, for laptops it might not work properly.

Based on that, we recommend to install the driver manually, but as it was mentioned before, if the laptop is working fine, and there is no graphics problem, there is no need to install that driver.

The laptop works with Intel® HD Graphics, and on the following link you will be able to find the latest version of the graphics driver for that controller, which is 2993, please try to install the driver manually:

Instructions to install the driver manually:

                http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005474.html

                Driver 2993 for Windows® 7-64 bit

Also, you can look for the graphics driver on the following link, I tried to look for the laptop, but the model you gave us is not showing:

                    Hello ROBLOX_TheGamer:

Thank you very much for that information.

Since the Intel driver 2993 did not work, at this point, the next thing to do will be to get in contact with Sony directly, to verify if they have a specific graphics driver for this laptop.

I looked for the specification of this laptop, just to make sure it is compatible with Windows® 10, but the model you gave us is not showing on Sony’s web site:

                    http://www.sony.com/electronics/computers/vaio-laptops

                    Sony’s phone number; 1 800-222-7669

                    Sony’s support site: https://esupport.sony.com/

Another thing to do will be to get in contact with Microsoft directly for further assistance:

                    Microsoft’s phone number: 1 800-642-7676

                    Microsoft’s support site: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/

Any questions, please let me know.

                    Alberto
