AS this is an onboard NIC, are you installing the driver from Dell and contacted Dell* for this issue?
Have you had any chance to try the Intel driver , what is the operating system used?
We have tried the Dell and the Intel Driver.
We have contact Dell who has been less than helpful resolving the issue.
We are using Windows 7 x64 SP1.
I guess I'm more interested in if anyone has reported similar symptoms or if anyone has see this exact issue and how they might have resolved it!

Thank you for updates. I was aware one user having I219V on Gigabyte board encountered issue when woke up from sleep mode as well. For the meantime, can you try the following:
1) Upgrade the system BIOS
2) Disabling IPV6
3) Is there any power management setting in the BIOS where you can adjust?
