NUC D54250WYK turned off and wont restart

HI I have a NUC D54250WYK, which I have had since Sept 2014, and it has run flawlessly(although I only use is to watch iplayer, Netflix etc on my TV so doesn't get hard use.

      System I have is...

      • Intel Wilson Canyon Core i5 4250U NUC Barebone 2
      • HyperX 4GB 1600MHz DDR3L CL9 SODIMM 1.35V HyperX Impact Black Series 1
      • Crucial 120GB M500 SATA 6Gbps mSATA SSD
      • Windows 10

Yesterday I was listening to some music via Google Play music, and had listened for about 2 hours, when the NUC just turned off, and it wouldn't restart.

I tried the standard stuff like unplug it, disconnect all items apart from power, and still doesn't work. I have read online some suggestions and below is what I have tried...

      Tried so Far

      • unplug and plug back in
      • unplug and remove power from wall for a while
      • remove one memory chip (tried this with both memory chips)
      • disconnect the bios battery underneath the motherboard

Sometimes when I press power I hear a faint noise like something is trying to start up, but it only makes a noise for a split second.

If I hold power button down, It makes a sound for a little longer, but then cuts out again.
