(URGENT) Help me update my graphics driver

Hi there,

I am not sure which graphics driver do I download for my laptop in order to update it... My graphics card/driver that is currently installed in my laptop is a Intel HD Graphics 4400 but when I search for my graphics driver in Intel Graphics driver search (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/search?keyword=Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+4400 Search downloads) , I do not know which ones to download. I am so confuse and I need help asap as I have spent weeks trying to find out which one to download.

This is my processor information.

P.S. Also intel Driver Update Utility did not work for me so that is why I need to do this manually.

is the right one for my current driver? I do not want to install a wrong driver.

Yes, and yes.

First, I looked at your processor to verify that it had HD Graphics 4400:

Then, armed with that information (4th gen processor, and 4400 graphics) I went here:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html Supported Operating Systems for Intel® Graphics Products

I scrolled down the list until I got to 4th gen processor and 4400 graphics.

Yes, you are supported on Windows 10. So, I clicked on that link and it took me to the list you just visited.

I will install this right now and then I will see if it works .

Do you recommend me to install the Exe version or the Zip file?

Personally, I do the zip files. You can do either. If the exe fails, then the zip is a second chance.
