NUC6i7KYK (Skull Canyon) constantly loud fan noise

just bought the NUC6i7KYK Skull Canyon NUC and the fan noise is constantly very noisy from the very beginning (bootup) and there is no quite time - I have a laptop which runs more quite when it's on huge load then this PC in normal mode. The fan noise can be noticed from the other room. When starting the NUC even in EFI and the boot screen, the fan speed goes to the maximum, then also in Windows and even when the machine goes to sleep mode the fan doesn't want to stop - the machine is in standby mode (blue LED) and I have to pull out the AC cord to stop this noise.

Also made BIOS update with Windows Express Update (from 036 (or 34) to 041) but the problem still exist. The fan speed is at 6600 RPM constantly while the CPU temp is at 40C and runs on 1-2% right now (1,1 Ghz - 1,5 Ghz). As I told, the fan speed is noisy from the machine starts till i pull out the AC cord.

Also installed all Intel drivers and firmwares in Windows.
