I can see that your RAID volume is rebuilding, if for some reason the rebuild fail, please try to do the following:
- Start the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology
- Click Rebuild to another disk.
- Select the replacement hard drive and click Rebuild.
You can check at the following link:
Please be aware that depending on the size of the hard drives it can take several hours for the rebuilding to finish.
I wish i could do it oif only IRST was able to see my disk which is not the case. Sometimes when i boot up, the disk is there for 5 minutes and then disappear. I've done several tests to check disk heakkth and there is no problem on this side.
I see, thank you for clarifying that for me.
Have you tried reseated the SATA cable or tested different cable?
Try installing the latest Intel® Rapid Storage Technology if it is not installed yet, you can download it here:
Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST)
Do you have valuable information on those hard drives that you need to back up? If not, I suggest you to do a back up of the information.
Make sure have installed the hard drive on the same port where it was the failed one.
Could you please provide us with the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology report? You can check the steps how to get here:
