I can see that your RAID volume is rebuilding, if for some reason the rebuild fail, please try to do the following:
- Start the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology
- Click Rebuild to another disk.
- Select the replacement hard drive and click Rebuild.

Please be aware that depending on the size of the hard drives it can take several hours for the rebuilding to finish.

Have you tried reseated the SATA cable or tested different cable?

Do you have valuable information on those hard drives that you need to back up? If not, I suggest you to do a back up of the information.
Make sure have installed the hard drive on the same port where it was the failed one.
