As above. When I open
Photoshop cc I am given an error message saying that opengl is not enabled. I attempt to enable it by it is greyed out.
PS was working fine 3D and everything before W10. I have updated drivers, or at least I am told I am up to date, but nothing.
This has taken up so much of my time and I really don't know who to ask next?
My Display adapter is marked as:
Intel(R) HD Graphics
No better details are available, or so it would seem.
I am
Toshiba Satellite C50-A-19T,
Windows 10 x64,
4gb ram,
Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 1005M @ 1.90GHz
Help would be great.

You can double-check the OpenGL status with http://www.ozone3d.net/redirect.php?id=401 GPU Caps Viewer or http://www.realtech-vr.com/glview/download.php OpenGL Extensions Viewer

Hello Hobittual:
Please try the driver below, it is version 4425, it is the latest one for the Intel® HD graphics, try to install it manually:
Instructions to install the driver manually:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html
Driver 4425:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25977/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-33-?product=81501 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25977/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-33-?product=81501
The driver above supports openGL 4.0, for Windows® 10, by installing it, you should be able to enable openGL, as you can confirm on the following link:
https://downloadmirror.intel.com/25977/eng/ReleaseNotes_153343.4425.pdf https://downloadmirror.intel.com/25977/eng/ReleaseNotes_153343.4425.pdf
Besides that driver, you can look for the latest graphics version on Toshiba's web site:
http://support.toshiba.com/support/driversResults?freeText=C50-A-19T http://support.toshiba.com/support/driversResults?freeText=C50-A-19T
I looked for the model you gave us: Satellite C50-A-19T, but nothing is showing with that, maybe you can try to verify the model, just to make sure.
Any questions, please let me know.

Hello Hobittual:
I just wanted to check if the information posted previously was helpful for you, and if you need further assistance with opengl or if the problem was resolved?
Any questions, please let me know.
