I would like to gather some information in order to address this matter, so please download the Download Intel® System Support Utility, and attach the report. I would also like to know if you are running the latest firmware update for your TV and your receiver.

I am running the latest firmware on the STR-DN1060, I have checked the firmware on the TV and it is not the latest but I have not been able to update it.
Also I have the report file but am unsure of how to attach it as I am new to this forum.
Please try to update the TV firmware.
To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" in the top right corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear in the bottom right corner of the response box.
