I was wondering if this is normal.
When the pc is in idle, the "package" temp is higher than the cores temp.
Then when the cpu is under load, the core temp surpass the package temp.
I dont know if everything is working as it should.
As far as i know, the package temp should be always under the core temp.
Is there any problem?
Thanks.

Hi Alintel,
The processor temperature is usually lower than Core temperature. Now, both temperatures are affected by processor speed in BIOS, quantity and speed of the RAM plus amount of applications running at the same time.
Send me the results of our tool Intel® System Support Utility. I would try to figure out what the problem is.

Do you need all the sistem information or only the cpu?
Because there is a lot of "personal" information in there, serial numbers and stuff...
Thank you.

Hi Alintel,
For better service I would need to collect your entire system configuration (SSU results). It is possible to send your results via private message.
It is a good idea to run Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool v. 3.0.0.25. The tool will provide a processor health overview.
