NUC BIOS by default has enabled data transfer and power using the yellow USB port even in idle mode. Send me the current model of your NUC and current BIOS version. I would be glad to help you.
Thanks for following up, I disabled 'USB Legacy' in BIOS and set 'Charging in S3, S4, S5', the issue is gone now. Thanks a lot.
Just so you understand, by disabling USB Legacy, you will not be able to use USB-based devices (keyboard, mouse) to enter BIOS Setup (Visual BIOS). This may be problematic...
