I have a Mother board Intel DP35DPM WITH THE 775 SOCKET and a processor Core 2 Du0 E6750 2.66 Gn2 4Mb 1333FSB CPU.  This was installed in2008 with Windows XP followed by an upgrade to Windows 7 and this year to Windows 10.  Everything worked fine until Microsoft provided a Upgrade to Windows 10.  It attempts to install the upgrade and gets to 78% and indicates that it cannot complete and will remove all the changes.  This takes about 5 hours.  However, the computer performs correctly  and aslong I do not shut it down al programs run just fine.  Is there any BIOS upgrade that I should have?  Do have any other suggestion for correction for correcting this problem?
