First of all, in this day and age, I would not be using 32-bit Windows. Most driver testing is done using 64-bit Windows and, in some cases, 32-bit drivers are not even available. Still, this is your choice...
How are you obtaining and attempting to load these drivers? Don't use drivers from Microsoft's Windows Update site; always use drivers from Intel's site.

Thanks for reply . i will reinstall win 10 to 64 bit . i was loading intel drivers via usb flashdrive can't load lan driver.
