Just FYI, after I waited around 10-15min all of a sudden the NUC came "on", the fan is spinning and the blue LED light from the power button has a constant shine. But no video output to the screen.
Do I have a ghost in my machine?
The NUC won't still come on. Here is a list of things that I have tried:
- Changed the power supply
- Computer Won't Boot After BIOS Update
- Removed the CMOS battery for 10minutes, reinserted and tried powering it up.
- Tried with other RAM, with just one stick changed between the different slots
- BIOS Recovery Update Instructions for Intel® NUC
If anyone have any other ideas please help, I'm going crazy over this :-/

I am sorry for the inconvenience. I suggest you this workaround.
1-Download gain the latest .BIO file 0041 and paste it to the root of a USB drive.
2-Open the chassis and remove the BIOS configuration jumper.
3-Use only 1 memory stick of 2133 or 2400MHz at 1.2V
4-Plug monitor to the NUC using a straight video cable (HDMI, miniDP-DP) and set properly the video input on the monitor.
5-Turn monitor and NUC on. The BIOS update usually takes around 3 to 6 minutes.
If you want, you can attach a wired keyboard and mouse.
If problem continues, I suggest you the replacement of the unit, using our link below:
