Please try uninstalling current driver version installed, using this method;
- Open the Device Manager.
- Find the Intel Graphics Driver.
- Right click Intel Graphics Driver and select Uninstall.
- Select the check box
- Delete the driver software for this device.
- Reboot the computer after the uninstalling process has finished.

I did what you asked and the output is almost the same, just the "monitors" of the game aren't bugged anymore, but I think this problem was solved when I changed the profile from "Performance" to "Balanced" in the 3D graphics settings of the HD 520. Apart from that, the problem with the reflections/lights with that black tint still persists.
