Hi Team,
My ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 card is damaged due to which my Sony-Vaio VPCEB34EN keeps crashing every time when I start with BSOD message "attempt to reset display driver and timeout failed" but when I start disable it from Safe mode, its working fine. So I want to switch from ATI Radeon to Intel Hd Graphics completely So I download Intel HD Graphics from official Sony site with proper model but When I try to install IntelGraphicsDriver It says "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software" ? So, please help me solve this problem? What I am missing here ?
Thanks !

Hi Himanshu1992,
We sell our Intel chipsets and processors to third party manufacturers and they design their own computers with their own features, settings, and capabilities. I notice according to your laptop model your manufacturer disable Intel's Graphics that is why you are getting this message, "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software".
I recommend you to download from Sony* the proper driver according to your OS:
http://www.sony.co.in/support/product/VPCEB34EN http://www.sony.co.in/support/product/VPCEB34EN
Since ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 card is AMD, in case you want to get the generic driver I recommend you to contact them for the driver.

Hope this helps you
