Hello, DarkAvenger:
Indeed, there is no information in regard to the TCASE or Tjuction in http://ark.intel.com/ ARK | Your Source for Intel® Product Specifications. I have also checked the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/core/core-i7-6xxx-lga2011-v3-datasheet-vol-1.html Datasheet, Vol. 1: Intel® Core™ i7 Processor for LGA2011-v3 Socket but there is no reference, so please let me review this matter and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Regards,
Amy.

Hello, DarkAvenger:
Thank you for your patience.
Tjunction is not available for desktop processors, and this is because Mobile processors do not have an integrated heat spreader like desktop processors, see here for more information about Tcase vs. Tjunction; http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/processors/000005597.html Frequently Asked Questions about Temperature for Intel® Desktop and... .
Your processor, http://ark.intel.com/products/94188/Intel-Core-i7-6850K-Processor-15M-Cache-up-to-3_80-GHz Intel® Core™ i7-6850K Processor (15M Cache, up to 3.80 GHz) Specifications TCASE maximum is 127°C.

Amy.

Greetings Amy!
Thank You for Your reply! It's okay with the wait thank You also for the explanation!
And one last question. So Tcase is the surface temperature of the iHS, or the core of the processor? I quiet didn't understand it from the text You sent me, my apologies.
And Tjunction is because of the connection of the cooler and direct contact to chip, at mobile?
There's maximum temperature for let's say Core i5 4590S [which I build computer with atm] and his value is Tcase 71.35°C.
So You mean the 6850k is a beast, that can take up to 127°C?
I'm keeping mine down to 55°C overclocked to 4.4 GHz and 1.330 vcore [am using EKXC-Predator 360] and I was wondering if 70°C, which I can reach on 4.5-4.6 GHz were too much.
Well, thank You for Your information and confirmation Amy!
Best regards
Bryan

"So Tcase is the surface temperature of the iHS, or the core of the processor?"
The TCASE, as you mentioned is the temperature of the iHS,
"Tjunction is because of the connection of the cooler and direct contact to chip, at mobile?"
Yes, that is correct.
"So You mean the 6850k is a beast, that can take up to 127°C?"
That is correct, in fact this information was provided by our Processors department.
"I'm keeping mine down to 55°C overclocked to 4.4 GHz and 1.330 vcore [am using EKXC-Predator 360] and I was wondering if 70°C, which I can reach on 4.5-4.6 GHz were too much."
Thank you for letting me know that, those are good temps.
Hope my answers can help you.
Regards,
Amy.
