My Intel NUC6i7KYK runs really hot and really loud. So I am curious as to whether there is something I can do on the hardware side to fix or at least mitigate this. Thank you in advance for any kind of help.
There is no option to add a fan to the NUC, but you can always try to get in the BIOS and adjust the fan settings, you can change the fan to for example: cool or custom, and test it to see if it works better, there are different options in there that you can test.
Once you get in the BIOS, select advanced, then look for the option that says "cooling" and you will get the options on the right side.
Any questions, please let me know.
