    Been trying to fill in a warranty replacement for over two months, every time I get "Intel Customer Support Service Request Management is unavailable. We are actively working to resolve the system issue."

      As title says, been trying to fill in a warranty replacement for over two months for an i5-4670k, but every single time I do it, I get this message "Intel Customer Support Service Request Management is unavailable. We are actively working to resolve the system issue.". How can your customer support be unavailable for 2 months? That's absolutely ridiculous.
