I think you need to download the Rapid Storage drive for Windows 7. There is a floppy disk version - that should contain the F7 driver during install.

after driver install, it still does not recognize drive at win 7 installation.

Your new SSD requires the UEFI option in the BIOS. I suggest you the next workaround:
Go to BIOS and enable at Chipset SATA mode: UEFI mode, you can keep Legacy Mode.
Plug or insert the bootable USB or DVD drive, restart the system and keep tapping F10, select the option UEFI – USB Bootloader
Continue with Windows 7 installation process
If the problem continues, reply with motherboard model and processor model.
