I suspect it is a compatibility issue with PCIe 2.0 (your board) and PCIe 3.0 (your card I suspect). Have you contacted the manufacture of the card to determine compatibility with older boards? Do you know the requirements of the card?
In the meantime, here is the techinical specification for your board: http://downloadmirror.intel.com/19485/eng/DH67GD_DH67BL_TechProdSpec04.pdf
Look in section 1.4.1 on page 17 for the slot specs.
Thanks Al, i got the card because the card Is backward compatible. I'll check the specs you provided for the slot. Any idea why the latest bios for the MB shows documentation from 2005 and doesn't even support Windows 7. The boards bios now Is 2011 and intel has a 2012 bios ver. But when i Tried To install it fails.

"backwards compatible", as claimed by various manufacturers, is not always correct.
The board does support Windows 7: Supported Operating Systems for Intel® Desktop Boards
The last bios update was Dec, 4, 2012: Intel® Desktop Board DH67BL
For the bios, you may have to install the versions incrementally.
Thank you Al for your help, I'm buying a new MB, problem solved.

Thank you very much to Al Hill for providing all the details above.
I just wanted to confirm the comments posted above, and I hope those details were useful for you.
For this type of scenarios what we recommend to do is a BIOS update to the latest version, if after that, still does not work, then it might be a compatibility issue, and the video card will be too new to work with the board.
