I suggest you this workaround.
-Uninstall Intel RealSense™ Depth Camera Manager from Programs and Features in Control Panel
- restart the computer, and then install this driver https://downloadmirror.intel.com/25044/eng/intel_rs_dcm_f200_18.104.22.168404.exe
If the problem continues, let me know which program you are using and tell me if you tested the camera with any other program.
