Even though you mentioned the drivers are all up to date, we can try the following:
Un-installed the current driver that is currently on the PC, by getting in device manager, look for the option that says: “display adapters” right click on it and then select “Uninstall”.
Then try to install the following graphics driver manually, which is the latest version 4474:

Another thing to do, for testing purposes, will be to use the “Inbox” drivers, those are the ones that get installed when you install Windows or when you do Windows updates.
If the problem remains after trying the drivers above, then the best thing to do will be to use the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer, in this case ASUS, look for the option VGA:
