Can I change a Celeron N2830 for a Celeron N2930

Above link is for 4 processors and a fifth is End of Life so I removed it.

Please bear in mind that this type of upgrade depends on the computer manufacturer or the motherboard maker.
As far as I can tell, the processor socket is the same for all processor models you compared through ark.intel.com but does not mean the processor will be 100% compatible.
The bios should be able to handle the upgrade. I would recommend contacting your computer manufacturer for more information.
