    How do you uninstall Intel HD graphics Windows 7

    armleg

      Hello, I was told by a game master from blizzard (a game making company) that my drives were out of date, but I wasn't supposed to get this specific drive, they told me that I have to delete it with my BIOS or something, but they can't tell me specific details because every company is different. So if you can help me figure out how to delete this it would be much appreciated!

          Hello, armleg:

           In order to uninstall the current driver installed follow the next steps;

          1. Open the Device Manager.
          2. Expand the Display Adapters section.
          3. Find the Intel Graphics Driver. The driver can also be called the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver (Intel® GMA Driver).
          4. Right click Intel Graphics Driver and select Uninstall.
          5. Select the check box Delete the driver software for this device.
          6. Reboot the computer after uninstall process has finished.

          If you would like to install the latest Intel® HD Graphics version from our end please let me know your computer model and processor model.

          Regards,

          Amy.

            I just wanted to check on your thread; Were you able to follow the suggestion mentioned above? Did you install the driver?

            Regards,

            Amy.
