The datasheet says max. 100 mA (http://download.intel.com/support/edison/sb/edisonmodule_hg_331189004.pdf )
looking at an older datasheet you get 250 mA (http://akizukidenshi.com/download/ds/intel/edison-module_HG_331189-002.pdf )
So you can use 100 mA to be save, I suppose 150-200 mA will even work

Yes, Flo is right. Taken from the Edison Compute Module HG: “The 3.3 and 1.8 V are power outputs from the Intel Edison module that source a maximum 100 mA each”. These values are usually set with certain tolerance, but still I would suggest to stick to the 100 mA from the documentation.
