I have done some updates on all of the drivers through dell software and ever since then, laptop would now use nvidia card and gives me a black screen whenever it needs to use it.
I have uninstalled the drivers and clean installed them with no luck
I have manually configured to use Nvidia card through nvidia control panel with no luck
I started the game by making it use Nvidia card with no luck.
When I ran Dell diagnostics, both video cards were functional separately until it tested transformation between two graphics card(Intel and Nvidia)
I am attaching my dxdiag info. sorry about the length of it

Hello mgkang0206:
On the following link you will be able to find the latest graphics driver for the graphics controller: Intel® HD Graphics 530, which is the one that works with the Intel® i7-6700HQ processor that is inside the laptop:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26099/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26099/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345
But, if the laptop is using an Nvidia video card, then the graphics from the processor will be disable, and the driver above actually will not work to fix this problem, but you can still try it, for testing purposes, just to check if it makes any difference.
Now, if the driver above does not work, and you keep having the same problem, then the best thing to do will be to get in contact with Dell directly for technical support, to check if they have the drivers for the laptop, or for warranty support, in case there is a problem with the laptop itself:
Dell's phone number: 1 800-999-3355
Dell's support site: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04 http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04
Also, since the laptop is using an Nvidia card, then as an option you can always try to find the graphics drivers directly on their web site:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
Any questions, please let me know.
