The interface of the processor haswell 4210H warms up very strong after only 1 year. The technician told that such processors originally had defect and that Intel remodeled them. He told that it is impossible or very very hard to repair the processor and it is better to buy a new one. But it is very expensive. Tell me please, is it the truth that all processors haswell 4210H have defect that one can not repair?

Hi EmmiDarcy,
I have reviewed our database and there are no issues reported with the i5-4210H processor. Actually, there are no newer processor versions (stepping). More details at http://ark.intel.com/products/78929/Intel-Core-i5-4210H-Processor-3M-Cache-up-to-3_50-GHz# @ordering http://ark.intel.com/products/78929/Intel-Core-i5-4210H-Processor-3M-Cache-up-to-3_50-GHz# @ordering
Go to Ordering/sSpecs/Steppings option, left blue square.
In regards to your overheating issues, please tell me more about the problem, when you are getting the issue.
Regards,
Mike C

Dear Mike,
thank you very much for your answer.
What I see. I open only browser Chrome (about 15 tabs) and two MS Word documents + Eset Nod works in a normal mode, but Task manager shows that about 150 processes are working and the AIDA program shows that the temperature of the processor's core is 90 C. After about 40 minutes the temperature decreases and the number of processes becomes about 114. Then again warms up etc
I don't play on my computer, I use my computer only for study. The specialist told that all programs are installed and work correct. He told that I need to change the processor, because the interface of this processor warms up and it leads to my laptop's death very soon. My laptop is only 1,5 years. It is clean, no dust inside, I use it very carefully.
I really need help, because I can't buy a new processor. I can give you the number of my Team viewer to let you see what happens to my laptop.
Best regards,
Emily

Hi EmmiDarcy,
You are right, the laptop is getting high temperatures with few application running. I suggest you to verify if you are using the latest BIOS and pc driver from MSI website.
