I have a question.
What is the Tjunction / max safe temperatures for cores in i7-4790 (NON K) ?
I found only information abut Tcase for i7-4790, no information about max temp for core.

Hi JohanesSteinhardt,
Core temperature is dynamic each Core gets a different temp, depending of the application that it is running; however, Intel takes only the general processor temperature. If 1 Core is getting high temp the rest of the Cores will diminish their speed so the processor will stay cool.
Now, processors containing heat spreader (desktop processors) refer to Tcase as per the main Thermal Specification. Processor without head spreader (mobile) will refer to Tjunction as the main Thermal Specification.
The Tcase temperature of the i7-4790 is 72.72°C. The processor supports up to 100 Celsius degrees for a small period of time.
More details of the processor specs in the link below
