I am sorry to hear your are having this issue!
For this matter, I would like to gather up some information, may I have the Intel® System Support Utility report from our PC?
This will provide me with the info required to further assist you on this.
How to get that report?
-Download the utility
-Scan your system with the utility
-Export the report (hit next and then save) and attach it to your answer with the advanced editor option (reply button and then check upper right corner)

That is ood! Lets go with the msinfo32 report.
This can be created with the following steps:
1. Press windows key + r
2. A "Run" window should appear
3. Type msinfo32 there and hit enter
4. Go to File, Save add a name
5. Attach that .txt file to your answer

when i checked msinfo32 , i got error , i searched for the error solution and fix it Here , by luck i tried to install the software again , and it worked !!!
