I hope the information posted previously was useful for you, the main reason why there are no drivers for Intel® HD graphics 3000 for Windows® 10 is because that graphics version is not supported by Windows® 10.
In regards to your last post, even though I tried to translate it, I did not understand exactly if you are asking for more details.
So, could you please explain, what is the information you are asking for?
Any questions, please let me know.
Hi there ArtemoFF,
HD 3000 is 2nd Generation aka SandyBridge (SNB). 15.28 drivers support SNB while 15.33 drivers support 3rd Generation and BayTrail. To utilize 15.33 drivers or run Windows 10 with supported drivers, you'll need to upgrade your hardware.
Windows 10 official support begins with 4th Generation Core products aka Haswell. Our website ark.intel.com may be a useful resource during your research should you choose to upgrade. Thanks.
