This is a brand new laptop and I have been getting this error since day one.

I am attaching the report on my laptop. Can you please review it and tell me what

driver I need to download and install? I tried finding it on my own but it was too confusing.

Thank you. SSU report attached

Hi Betbrett,

Sure, thanks for the information. According to you manufacturer's website Asus* the latest graphics version available is the one you already have: https://www.asus.com/ROG-Republic-Of-Gamers/ROG-GL752VW/HelpDesk_Download/ https://www.asus.com/ROG-Republic-Of-Gamers/ROG-GL752VW/HelpDesk_Download/

Regards that you have a prebuilt system, in case you want to download the generic driver; here you can find the once compatible with you graphics: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/88345/Intel-HD-Graphics-530-for-6th-Generation-Intel-Core-Processors https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/88345/Intel-HD-Graphics-530-for-6th-Generation-Intel-Core-Processors

I recommend you to test with this generic version:

Please let me know the outcome.

Regards,

Hellen.
