Where is XMP profile in bios?

      I recently swapped memory from G-SKILL F4-2133C15S-4GSQ to G-SKILLF4-2800C18D-16GRS.

According to HWINFO (http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php ), the latter is running at the former's speed of 2133mhz, even when stressed.

The ram compatibility list (System Memory for Intel® NUC Kit NUC6i7KYK ) says I need to select XMP in the bios. I can find only options for Auto and Manual. Do need to adjust the settings manually?
