Was this before you had installed any drivers? Have you verified that your memory is good? Try running MemTest86+ for a full cycle (you boot it from a USB key).

tnx scott and helen.tried with rufus and a mirrored win 10 ISO file and installation went through..found out that it was the usb installer i used made by microsoft media cretion..
