I'm using intel core i3-6100's intel HD 530 to run NSUNS4
Game works at 45-60 fps @ 720p BUT it crashes to desktop every 3-4 minutes of gameplay.
Game always CTD when in story mode
It also crashes in normal Versus matches, like PVP or when using Secret Jutsus.
As I said before, game runs great, but it is unplayable due to huge amount of crashes.
Enclosing SSU Report
UPDATE: The game doesn't "crash" as I referred. The game would freeze (such freeze like the game is crashed, but has black screen with nothing) , so you would hard-close it through task manager. Waiting doesn't help. On previous version of a driver Windows say that the "Driver has stopped and has been recovered", with new beta driver same thing happens, but with no message displayed and with the game still in a task manager
Looking forward for assistance regarding this issue,
Danila.

Hello DanilaSyrtsov:
Thank you very much for the SSU information.
Based on that information it says that the BIOS version on your board is the version that belongs to 08/27/2015, so there are newer versions, please try to do the BIOS update to the very latest version, which is 1804:
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z170-P/HelpDesk_Download/ http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z170-P/HelpDesk_Download/
Did the game work fine before on Windows® 10?
Some games have different graphics settings, some of them have the best settings to play the game, other games have the option of recommended settings.
Did you try just for testing purposes to change those settings?
Are you playing the game through a platform like Steam?
Any questions, please let me know.

So, I updated my UEFI BIOS to the latest v1804
Issue still there. Played on variety of graphic settings from low to high both windowed and fullscreen
Game haven't worked fine before on OS, because it was the first time me playing it.
Played through Steam, verified game cache, Game reinstall, Windows reinstall, all versions of the game crash.
Looking forward for reply,
Danila

Hello DanilaSyrtsov:
Thank you very much for that information.
Since you already tried the latest driver version and a BIOS update, now, we will try to replicate the issue, for that we just need some details about your system configuration:
Please fill the next chart:

The game crashes (freezes with black screen and doing nothing, while staying in the task manager as a process, so you would hard close it through task manager.)
The game can crash after 5-10 minutes in the game, mostly while using players' jutsus like Y+B moves or while using secret techniques (Y+Y+B on controller, 80% probability of a crash)
The game always crash in story mode, mostly when battling with 9-tails Kurama and Madara (don't know where it crashes else, because you wouldn't get past prologue because of crashes)
Game would also crash in other modes that are present in the game no matter of resolution or settings used, (Sometimes using 1080p resolution brings crashes much faster than 720p)
Tried everything, from verifying game cache to reinstall game, drivers and Windows 10.

Hello DanilaSyrtsov:
I just wanted to let you know that we are still trying to replicate the issue related to NSUNS4.
In the mean time, could you please try the following drivers, thay re older than 4474, but they might work better:
4463:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26078/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26078/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345
4352:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25620/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40-6th-Gen-?product=88345 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25620/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40-6th-Gen-?product=88345
Please try to un-install and re-install the driver manually.
To un-install it manually:

Please let me know the results of trying those drivers.
Any questions please let me know.

As I said earlier, "On previous version of a driver Windows say that the "Driver has stopped and has been recovered", with new beta driver same thing happens, but with no message displayed and with the game still in a task manager". This applies to all versions of drivers that were available to install, and to versions you provided in the reply. All in all, game crashes on all versions of a driver, but on the newest (v4474) it doesn't show error message when crashing, while older versions (v4463,4352, etc.) do.

Danila

Have you found a driver that's working for you yet? I'm picking up this issue and need to get the latest status from you on it to proceed. If you're willing, could you install the latest driver and retest this issue and let me know the results?
Here's the latest Beta for your platform. Thanks for your help in bringing this to our attention! And apologies for the delay.

I got the Nvidia GTX card, so I don't have this issue now. Haven't checked new drivers, though.

Hello DanilaSyrtsov:
Thank you very much for letting us know that information.
Perfect, excellent, it is great to hear that the game is working fine with a video card.
At this point if it is working fine with that video card then you can keep that configuration, or as you mentioned you can try to install the latest drivers, but remember that those drivers are the Intel® graphics controller, so if you want to test them you will need to remove the video card.
Any further questions, please let me know.

Hi Madara,
If by "this" you're referring to the driver, please use the current latest driver here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26563/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-45-?v=t Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.45] and let me know if you're still experiencing the issue. Thanks!
